Returns Procedures

Damages

If you receive items that are damaged upon receipt you must email sales@justimaginetoys.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

Please give full details of the damaged item/s including the following: -

  • Product code
  • Quantity
  • Description of damage


Also, could you please attach/enclose images of the item/s in question.

We will then contact you to discuss replacements/credit notes.

 

Shortages

All shortages must be reported to sales@justimaginetoys.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt stating the following :-

  • Product Code(s)
  • Quantities
  • Order Number

We will investigate any discrepancies and liaise with you directly to resolve the problem.

 

Faulty Goods

Faulty items will be accepted for one year from date of delivery. This time frame is by our warranty.
Please notify sales@justimaginetoys.co.uk with the following: -

  • Product Code
  • Product Description
  • Fault description
  • Quantities



We will arrange return of the goods (should it be deemed necessary) with yourself. 
Once the goods are received back we will inspect the goods and deem if a credit is required. If for any reason a claim is rejected, an email will be sent with the reason/s for refusal. Please note raising a claim for a faulty item does not guarantee a credit will be issued

 

Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive items that you have not ordered, please notify sales@justimaginetoys.co.uk stating the following: -.

  • Product Code
  • Product Description
  • Quantities


Mistakes do happen sometimes and we will endeavour to correct any errors made on our behalf, be that as a credit note and/or replacements being resent.
