Shipping policy

We use 3 main carriers for all of our orders. DPD is the most common and will be used on orders which are roughly under 100kg and up to 15 boxes worth of goods. Palletline are typically used for orders over either 100kg or 15 boxes as this is roughly our crossover point in order size where pallets are required. If you are unable to accept pallet deliveries please make us aware by either emailing us at sales@justimaginetoys.co.uk or by calling us on 03300021144. Finally any Scottish Highlands or Northern Island orders will be shipped using Royal Mail. 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, all typically being shipped on a Next Day service. We do not take forward orders, (unless you have been in direct contact with us and we have agreed this with you) so if you are requiring a specific date you want to receive your goods on please get in contact with us before you place your order or as soon as the order was placed.

We will automatically ship back orders if the value is in EXCESS of £100, please email or call us after ordering if you do not want back orders being shipped automatically. Back orders UNDER £100 will automatically be cancelled & we will expect you to order the item / s again on your next order from us.

Our free delivery is £150 ex VAT. If the order is under this amount a £10 shipping charge will be applied at checkout.

If there are any preferences with shipping carriers or delivery times, Just Imagine Toys will do our best to accommodate you although we cannot guarantee all requests are possible.
